Angel Martine Mwizerwa Uwamugabe
Martine is a master's student in the nutrition department. Her research project is a directed work that analyzes the links between the consumption of ultra-processed foods and socioeconomic status in high-income countries.

The aim of this project is to help health workers better understand the factors that encourage the consumption of these foods which appear to play an important role in the diets of the majority of the population in these countries.

Martine is also interested in nutritional education. Ideally, after these studies, she would like to create a network of professionals who would give food and cooking workshops to the general population which will enable them to make better food choices and which will also help to debunk all the misleading theories which have taken the world in hostage.
