goal
Analyze food consumption according to the degree of food processing, dietary diversity, and associated socio-demographic factors during pregnancy.
Results
Over 60% of women consumed at least three non-UPF groups. 25% showed dietary diversity. Education level was associated with regular intake of meat and eggs. White women reported eating "packaged ready meals" more frequently
