The second, under construction, concerns the'eevaluation of public and private food policies aimed at creating healthy and sustainable food environments in Guadeloupe and Martinique.This project is built by Mickaella Malicieux, who will shortly be making an accelerated transition to a doctorate in the nutrition department of the Université de Montréal.
