Ghislaine Jean-Robert
Ghislaine is a master's student in the nutrition department of the Université de Montréal. Originally from Haiti, his center of interest is oriented towards the food consumption of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in order to enhance the quality of the offer.

She holds a scholarship from the Francophonie and is part of the capacity building of the country of origin. Her research project is based on street food in low- and middle-income countries. This study consists of exploring through the literature, the various interventions aimed at the nutritional quality of this food system in order to inform the development of the sector in Haiti and contribute to reducing the burden of malnutrition.

Ghislaine is also interested in the administration of health services. After eleven years of experience in the sector as a nurse, she intends to start a new master's degree and evolve as a health coordinator or manager.
